Learn how to design for 3D Printing. Learn the care and feeding of 3D Printers. Explore the basics of Autodesk Inventor. Learn to measure with precision measuring tools. Solve challenges that test each of the 3D Printer’s special skills.
~ Prototype: (sort of) rapidly solutions to a micro engineering problem.
~ Access Design Libraries: a digital scavenger hunt
~ Replicate a missing part: measure ,design, test your work.
~ Create improbable geometry: learn strategies for complex printing
~ Integrate Complex Designs: contribute to a group constructing
Find your Filament: test the properties on unfamiliar filaments. Learn to make the 3D Printer as creative as you are. For all skill levels.
Please Note: This is a four day week. The Workshop will be closed on the 4th.
