Linnea Sirch, former apprentice since 2013, is now a in her third year at Stony Brook University earning her bachelor's degree in health science. During school breaks, she returns to the Eli Whitney Museum to teach summer camps.
In 2018, Linnea was awarded the Polly Lada Mocarski Prize, for her outstanding leadership and contributions to the museum's programs. Linnea also teaches martial arts at Amarone's Studio of Self Defense as a third degree black belt.
