For 2,500 years, Aesop’s Fables have been told time and again, in many different languages around the world. The wisdom of these stories has inspired laughter and brought thoughtfulness to many. Ian Lendler’s book, “The Fabled Life of Aesop,” brings to life the storytelling mastery through the artistry of Pamela Zagarenski. Bring these stories to life by creating characters from diverse materials, puppets, animals, and sets to illustrate these sagacious parables. Put on plays, give your characters life and chronicles. Read stories each day such as “The Tortoise and the Hare,” “The Lion and Mouse,” and many more.
